Processing Time
Orders are normally processed and shipped with 1- 2 business days.

Regular orders requiring same day shipping will be charged an additional $10.00 rush fee.

Express orders are processed the day they are received and shipped the next business day.

Express orders requiring same day shipping will be charged an additional $15.00 rush fee. To receive same day shipping your order must be received by 8 AM PST.

Important Notice: Your credit card billing address MUST match the address on file with your credit card company or bank. If the address does not match we will call and verify the billing address for your security. If you, the authorized buyer, entered an incorrect or old address an additional $10.00 service charge will be billed to your credit card for the additional address verification service. Orders that need additional address verification service will be delayed until resolved. If the transaction is fraudulent the authorities will be notified.

Insured Packages and Signature Required Packages
Often times your package will be insured and or require a signature. This is for your protection. If you are not home, the delivery service will leave a notice.

Shipping Options

1. USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time in the US is usually 2-3 days, please allow atleast 5 days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided to you the customer when the item is shipped.
2. USPS Express Mail. Delivery time in the US is 1-2 days. Overnight delivery is not guaranteed with this service although in many locations it is overnight delivery.

3. UPS Ground Service. Delivery time is 1-7 days depending on your location. If you live on the east coast delivery time will be 7 days. If you live on the west coast delivery time will be 2-3 days. All items are insured and tracking numbers are provided when the item is shipped.
4. UPS Overnight Service. Delivery time is guaranteed overnight. This does not include weekends or holidays. Example: If you place an order after 9AM on Friday the order will not ship until Monday and you will not receive it until Tuesday.
   All UPS Overnight Service orders are processed the day they are received and shipped the next business day. UPS Overnight Service requiring same day shipping will be charged an additional $15.00 rush fee.

5. UPS 2nd Day Air Service. Delivery time is guaranteed within 2-3 days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Example: If you place an order after 7AM on Friday the order will not ship until Monday and you will not receive it until Wednesday. All items are insured and tracking numbers are provided when the item is shipped.
6. UPS 3 Day Select Service. Delivery time is guaranteed within 3-4 days. This does not include weekends and holidays. Example: If you place an order after 7 AM on Friday the order will not ship until Monday and you will not receive it until Thursday. International Shipping Options
Customer will be responsible for any customs fee, tariffs, or duties, if required.

1. USPS Global Express Service. Delivery time is 4-7 days. Package is insured and is tracked. Tracking numbers are provided when the item is shipped.
2. USPS Global Priority Service. Delivery time is 7-14 days. Packages can now be tracked and insured. Tracking numbers are provided when the item is shipped.

International Orders can only be shipped to the billing address on record for the credit card used. If address information for the card used is not in the US systems a Credit Card Authorization form will be emailed to you for completion.
